OK - thanks to all those who posted solutions to a problem regard
Thanks Rich, Joel, Chuck, Dennis C., and Joe BB. for the suggestions to my
possible transmission issues related to loss of power when in gear.
I now have a few things to check on the weekend. I also checked with the
Moyer Forum as Joe BB suggested.
I will let you know when I solve the problem.

It may be the clutch plates are loose. Pull the plate off the top of the tranny
and adjust them. Consult an AT4 manual to see exactly how to do it.

The problem may be in the shift cable, not the transmission. Be sure that
there is nothing below interfering with it. You might want to disconnect
the cable at the transmission and move the lever to see if it moves freely.
