original SS post and cost about what Tartan or South Shore would have
charged, but appears to offer superior build and hydrodynamics.

The C&C 35 rudder shown on Phil's website looks like a mk-3 compared
to my mk-1 (which is similar to the mk-2).

Here is a link to what used to be Phil's Foils in Ottawa. Looks like he has
rudder for C&C 35 (depending on which model 35). Probably less expensive
depending on whether he can reuse the inner skeleton. I have no personal
knowledge of quality.
