My father is a member at Atlantic Highlands YC. They don’t have a reservation system for moorings, but I’m told there are plenty available, especially on a weekday. Atlantic Highlands is a nice town. Movie theatre, restaurants, and shops, all within walking distance. Atlantic Highlands Marin
