Aren’t there some moorings on the Hudson River side? Around 70th Street maybe?
Speaking of NY, we ended up going through Hell’s Gate against the current. Boat speed was maybe 1 knot at best on a very hot summer day :( Coquina Joe Della Barba j...@dellabarba.com From: CnC-List [mailto:cnc-list-boun...@cnc-list.com] On Behalf Of Edd Schillay via CnC-List Sent: Thursday, June 11, 2015 9:45 AM To: cnc-list@cnc-list.com Cc: Edd Schillay Subject: Re: Stus-List NYC help Manhattan dockage is SUPER expensive. You’re better off staying at City Island for the night and taking a cab into Manhattan. I’ve stayed at Lincoln Marina — also a great place, and there’s a ferry that takes you right to midtown, but it is a bit of a trek to there from the southern tip of Manhattan, especially starting from Western LIS. There’s also a water taxi or ferry that will take you from Liberty Landing to downtown. See: http://libertylandingmarina.com/liberty-landing-marina-amenities/ All the best, Edd Edd M.
