I generally just wore a wide brimmed hat. I don't recall ever
seeing a 24 with a dodger let alone a full bimini. I would guess
you'll need at least a slot for the mainsheet, are you wanting to be
able to see the

My 35-1 has end boom sheeting and the traveler in the cockpit. I
I have seen (pictures) of C&C 24 with a dodger out of BC. I guess they sail
there year round and it can get quite cold.

forward and aft biminis to allow passage of the mainsheet purchase. I have
a filler piece which zips in/out for sailing or when at anchor or docked.
