It seems your knife matches the description of

and therefore it is not a prohibited weapon. It should be regarded as a tool.

It is probably legal unless you are
involved in criminal activity while carrying it. A baseball bat is
legal until you bash someone's head with it, and then it legally
becomes a "deadly weapon".
