Pete, I replaced my fluorescents with LEDs also. I picked some up cheap from eBay and they have worked well for 4-5 years. They don’t get a lot of use, but certainly shine bright when needed. I removed the entire fixture and attached the LED strips to a piece of pine. Jake Jake Br

I haven't replaced mine because I believe the benefit is marginal. Incandescent to LED is a big power saving. Fluorescent to LED is not. I also don't use my two fluorescent fixtures that much, dinette and head. If I decide to replace, I'll buy these: http://store.marinebeam.com/fluorescent-styl
