Don't know of any sailboat charter info, but you can watch windsurfing and
kiteboarding at Diamond Head. If you want to try either, Kailua should be the
best beach to try kiteboarding, windsurfing, or standup paddleboarding. Naish
in Kailua is one of the best shops.
