What year is your 41? My only existing access is via the starboard
lazerette though I'm guessing removing the forward
bulkhead to the battery box would be another way.

I have a 1984 C&C 41. No, I have not done an engine swap but I would be
real interested in the details
of the project. Seems that getting the old engine out would be the main
concern. Relocating
engine mounts should not be a problem. Of course putting the new engine
in would be interest
