Glue a nicely finished piece of teak to the inside with 3M 5200. Let it cure a
couple days and screw the RAM mount to the teak.
If you’re a bit unsure about the above then fasten the teak to the inner liner
with some countersunk screws.

For running a big electric motor that draws 50 amps, I would go for 4 gauge
wire myself. Hose is likely cheaper.
