Same stuff, varying qualities. Most cheap extruded acrylic comes from China and it's useless. Quality acrylic usually has a name on the cover. Allen, There are two types of Plexiglas produced. One is extruded as a sheet and the other is cast. The cast version is stronger. The windows in the cabin top are part of the structure. Plexus is a structural adhesive. When the cabin flexes, the cast Plexiglas should last longer. Or at le

I have a sixteen inch diameter, three blade Maxi prop. My engine is a 3GMF, 20 hp @3400 rpm continuous rating. The gear ratio is 2.6:1 ahead; 3.16:1 astern. I don't remember the pitch, but your engine may not be the same as mine. Most of the 35 Mk III boats have a 3GM30, thirty hp Yanmar engine.

Mark, if you go with 42, think about spelling it out, FORTY-TWO. Avoid names that are hard to pronounce. There’s a boat at our marina with a difficult Italian name that starts with a V, has a G in the middle, and ends with an A. Unfortunately for the owner, we all refer to it as THE VIAGRA BOAT.
