uncertain of the procedure for specifying the room location in the
University of Calgary downtown location.
As per instruction provided via the CLUG June 4 meeting notes it is noted

The room number is typically announced the day of the meeting and is always
posted in the lobby. I’m hoping to be able to get some more advanced notice in
the future, though it usually isn’t hard to find once you’re in the building.
