Thank you kindly for the reminder.

As this will be the first CLUG meeting I am attending I am a little
uncertain of the procedure for specifying the room location in the
University of Calgary downtown location.

As  per instruction provided via the CLUG June 4 meeting notes it is noted
this detail (room number) is added as it becomes aware to the organizers.
Does this typically occur the day of the meeting?
