I just spoke with Paul from VFXWeb. Here is the scoop. Carlos has
indeed moved back home, so the retail store in Calgary is shut down at
this time (no one to run it)
Paul is still working on the shipping side, however, he has not updated
the website in a long time.

You could try ERA. They have an on line store that you can get parts from.

ActuallyI talked to someone recently about VFX & apparently a member
of Carlos's family is doing something overseas...I can't remember all
the details...but apparently he is there with them.

Hi Matt,
These computers are exceptionally quiet. You would need to have the lid off
and place your ear within a couple of inches of the fan just to make sure
that the fan is still working.
