I just spoke with Paul from VFXWeb. Here is the scoop. Carlos has
indeed moved back home, so the retail store in Calgary is shut down at
this time (no one to run it)
Paul is still working on the shipping side, however, he has not updated
the website in a long time.
If you are looking for something specific, you can give him a phone call
(contact me off list and I will forward you his cell number). If you
don't get an answer the first try, try back again in a bit
(I wouldn't bother leaving a message, as he tends to forget to either
check the messages or return the calls)
I believe that his warehouse is now located in Madden (about 1/2 hour
N.E. of Calgary)
