Kin was telling me time for the Annual General Meeting (or beyond).
So to give the required 30 day notice I propose April the 11th, (as in a
week after the monthly meeting on April 4th).
The alternative could be to just do the following month first Wed date
for AGM.

Small correction, jokes aside when we said the next person that walks
through the door is going to be VP - Ralph Boland has accepted the
postion of VP. I plan to remain in the position of treasurer if the
group is willing to have me for another year.
