Kin was telling me time for the Annual General Meeting (or beyond). So to give the required 30 day notice I propose April the 11th, (as in a week after the monthly meeting on April 4th).
The alternative could be to just do the following month first Wed date for AGM. Are there any preferences among members? Lets set the date.
