It is not necessary to transfer anything. The domain can be privately
administered. In fact, the entire site could remain in private hands. Like
binary packages provided for convenience, we encourage the community to
provide resources.
The problem for me is in what is considered the official homep
It would be a good idea to have CloudStack itself install LICENSE, NOTICE,
NEWS, etc into /user/share/doc anyway. If this were the case, debian/rules
would not have to specifically move anything into place, because it is the
default.

you might want to leverage the level or detail (cant remember which) param so
the api calls are a lot lighter. they wont query the backend resources for
capacit, but pull from the db instead (which gets updated less frequently).
