I've noticed that on every cloudStack management server startup, the
public RSA key gets overridden (vi ~/.ssh/id_rsa.pub). I'm running
cloudStack on OSX 10.8.2.

This code - default network creation - is initiated only when the Global
config value "init" is false, as a part of persisting the default
cloudStack values. Init is false at the very first management server
startup, and it's reset to true after the default values are persisted.

Sorry, wasn't aware of Nicira case when put the fix. Both UI and API has
to be fixed - don't accept vnet parameter in both create/update
physicalNetwork when isolation type is not VLAN. The check should be done
on the services layer before checkGuestVnetsConflicts() method is even
called.

branch - the fix was done on API layer. Whenever api builds a response for some
object returned by the server and the object belongs to project, we should
query project information including the project that has been removed.
