I'm new on this group.
I searched without any success archives talking about quarantine
directory for clamav (not clamav-milter).
I'm looking for this to store infected files in a directory so the
administrator can see files which are infected and decide what to do.

This job isn't for our mail-server (which is an external service in my
firm). The most majority of files inserted into our smb-server are going
from external devices (usb keys, cds, dvds).
Is the quarantine option implemented in clamav or not ?

I got the problem sorted by trial and error, clamd is now running

via freshclam. (I'm on SuSE 9.3 E).
# clamd
