Hi there!
I'm a new-new-user of ClamAV, i just downloaded it (0.54 version) and i
started the installation process, i typed ./configure;make, configure runs
ok, but make stops with this message:

Again, Norton doesn't detect a virus in the file.

I can get to the site, but (even in PASV) can't see the directory.
Anyhow, I would like to compile this from source... and would like to
understand why I'm having these compile problems with the latest snapshot.
Do you have a CVS server somewhere?

I have compiled the mailer to analize the emails it receives and reject them
if contain virus.
I'm using the cl_scandesc library function to scan the incoming email, but the

I have FreeBSD 4.7, Qmail 1.03, courier-imap 1.4.4,
Squirrelmail-1.2.12cvs(w/virtual domains),clamav0.54, etc.

I am concerned that the milter stops running. I use it on RH9 inconjunction
with spamass-milter (the C one not the one in Perl) and a number of site
checks (e.g. spamhaus.org) and it runs fine for me. I also have it on
FreeBSD4.8, Yellow-Dog Linux (Linux/PPC) and MACOS/X (though I admit I
