I agree with Maarten's comment - if you want to do it you could create a
quick bash script to scan something like "diskutil list" for any changes,
and if you detect changes, run ClamAV against the new mounted filesystem.
For a more permanent/professional solution you could look on Mac developer

The functionality to do it on OS X is OS X related, not ClamAV related.
