I agree with Maarten's comment - if you want to do it you could create a quick bash script to scan something like "diskutil list" for any changes, and if you detect changes, run ClamAV against the new mounted filesystem. For a more permanent/professional solution you could look on Mac developer forums - chances are there is a built in system API which allows you to scan for new devices.
