First I usually read the manual and I did it here too.
The linux world and the unix command line system is far from being my
second language i.e. it looks like marshian language to me quite often
probably because I didn't use it much yet. And also the manual

You have to read the manual... from the examples in `man formail` I would guess
that you need something like:
