Hi all
I am looking forward to implement tcp/ip filtering for my firewall,
the only solution that I found on the net is using a patched squid
which can work with clamav.
I am looking for a better solution like implemented Trend Virus Wall.
Any idea?

Hi,
I had run almost any antivirus that I ran across to clean my network
system, including ClamAV, but the problem is that, when ever my windows
client logon to the network (using samba as PDC) all the client's hosts
files will be appended so that it can't update the antivirus.

Dear All,
I am using Debian Sid and just install both clamav-daemon and amavis-
ng. I am using postfix as the MTA and using Courier-IMAP as the MDA.
I need help on the sample configuration for both of this.
I had tried to configure but it seems like virus is still coming.
Thank you

Hi there,
Our company is very happy with clam and was wondering how the clam project
is funded? We just want to make sure it's going to be around for a while.
I see on the web site it says the site is hosted for free by sourceforge.net
but what about bandwidth usage and developers time etc? Does
I just had a virus come through clamd and then get stopped by RAV. I have
freshclam running in the background updating clamd so I should be up to
date. I submitted the original email file from RAV's quarantine folder to

Is that good enough? an

That's pretty cool. What are you using to generate those mail graphs?

Hi,
I have qmail + vpopmail + qmail-scanner + clamd on Linux. I noticed when
there is a mime attachment it's not decoded and the virus is not caught.
Before using qmail-scanner and clamd we were using RAV and it used to catch
these files.
Is this just not supported any more or do I have something

Hi,
Long time user of qmail + vpopmail + rav (and tmda and some other stuff).
As you probably know rav is going away so on a test dev box I'm playing with
different options. Tried amavis, qmail-scanner, blackhole, mailscanner etc.
We've finally settled on qmail-scanner with clam for now. My prob
