Thanks I should have thought of that but...it still does not work or at least I am not putting the link in the correct spot. The script, rpm-tmp.x, contains the line "rm -rf clamav-0.93" which removes the link if I put it in BUILD where it extracts the tarball. I have not built any other rpm
