Why not just copy the files main.cvd and daily.cvd from one

PC is in a lab without any Internet connection and not connected to a
LAN.
The PC periodically has software, data, and other files loaded on it via
CD or other media. We would like to make sure that this stuff is scanned
before being loaded.

The issue with these false positives is not turning on
CL_SCAN_PHISHING_DOMAINLIST. Is there some reason this option isn't in
CL_SCAN_STDOPT? It is a default option in clamscan but I'm using the
API directly.
