Please guide whether 'LocalSocket /tmp/clamd' is

Yes, TCPSpcket was disabled in clamd.conf.
I changed it 'TCPSocket 3310'
and restarted clamd.
Now getting following error:

I have downloaded follwoing rpm's from binary link of
the clamav web site.
clamav-0.80-2.i386.rpm
clamav-devel-0.80-2.i386.rpm
clamav-milter-0.80-2.i386.rpm
Installed all three :
