Don't install Chirp from the repositories. It's too old.
Go to https://trac.chirp.danplanet.com/chirp_daily/LATEST/ and download and
install the flatpak version.
You might have to first "sudo apt install flatpak" if you don't already have it.

You haven't attached the CSV file for us to look at.
Don't use CSV files. There's too much to go wrong. Always save as an IMG file.
It can still be imported into other radio profiles.

Chirp doesn't recognise ANY digital repeaters and doesn't program the digital
side of any radio. Come to that, the Yaesu official software doesn't program
digital contacts into the FT-70. That radio seems to be buttons only.

WFM usually means 25KHz channel spacing as opposed to narrow being 12.5KHz.
For broadcast FM you need around 150KHz bandwidth.

Why do you need to use CSV files at all?
If it's multiple radio types, I believe you can import the .img file from one
radio into a different radio model.
The only reason I see to use csv files is if you need to print it to paper.

A radio that is "manufactured" by 'My Emergency Radio' and available from
prepping suppliers is actually a rebadged TYT TH-UV88 and programs fine as such.
Perhaps can be added to the supported radios list.

Mine works fine under Linux using the Kenwood supplied cable and generic
USB/serial adaptor but remember that that radio programmes in real time/live
mode so you can't download and save an image. It re-saves every change you make
in real time.
