I have managed to upload from radio and the frequencies show on the screen.
But the screen is greyed out how do I access to manually input new channels?

I am using a IMac I am having trouble getting to the page to upload my
frequencies to Chirp. I have downloaded Chirp, then I get to a page that says

Sorry, you select the COM port that connects to your USB device.
You have a USB to serial COM port adapter and it connects to your computer.
If you unplug it, you can see the COM port disappear when you unplug the
USB cable, plug it back in, and make note of the COM port used.
