Programming seems to work ok. Can download from the radio, make changes and
upload successfully. Using a.usb cable on win 10 with latest chirp update.
Just no xmit. Receive works ok. Will try downloafing from another radio same
model and uploading to this one and see if I get lucky.
Or
Radio won't xmit. Just gets a beep like it is locked out of xmit. Uhf tx
enabled (checked) in chirp. Busy channel lockout disabled. Same problem in vfo
and mr modes. Ideas??___
