Well I always try to keep them numbered correctly, and hopefully they don't
get messed up along the way.
I'm sure I have a couple duplicates in there, but that's okay with me.
But Chirp keeps "not responding" during my imports, I don't know if it is
over-loaded with 300 channels or what.

I use Liber office to import lines from other chirp files.
So all the lines worked in other radios I programmed with Chirp.
Granted, some of the channels are out of range of this radio's transmit
abilities, but I have imported

That is one of the problems with using Chirp in windows with a screenreader.

No. That is not normal. I am able to edit the Generic CSV tab and
either Save or Save As here.

Actually, after turning off the radio again, and reconnecting, it now
connected with both Chirp and the Kenwood software.
It must have been the PC setting in menu #9.
I changed a few settings with the Kenwood software and wrote that to the
radio.

The only trouble with the Be My Eyes app for the Blind, is that usually we
connect to people who are non-technical, and it is difficult for them to
know what you are trying to accomplish when it comes to radios and
computers.
If someone with a similar Kenwood would be interested in assisting me
