Are you seeing any error related to the disk (where OSD is mounted) in dmesg ? Could be a leveldb corruption or ceph bug. Now, unfortunately not enough log in that portion of the code base to reveal exactly why we are not getting infoos object from leveldb :-( Thanks & Regards Somnath -Origi
