As we know the Openstack ceph integration uses ceph rbd snapshot feature to
give more space efficiency. Mybquestion is if there some way to calculate
this space saving/efficiency by using rbd snapshots/clones?

The only “documentation” that I found about that is a “bug” -

But what I’d like to understand is if this numbers are per pool bases or per
cluster bases? If this number were per cluster bases I’ll plan on cluster
deploy how much pools I’d like to have on that cluster and their replicas
