Building of dtinfo is not yet activated because it needs some more testing. If you want to build you can activate it in programs/Imakefile or you can use the first patch in the attachment. If you want to install it you can use the second patch. It will prevent the installer script from some 'miss

I am adamantly opposed to tray icon support in CDE. I realize I'll probably we outvoted on this but I just don't think that should be CDE's job, to manage tray icons. There are plenty of things that serve this function: stalonetray is a good example.
