forums, but one of the best places to talk about ham radio is on the
radio itself. If you can find a local repeater that enough hams monitor,

There are moderated groups, but many don't want to use them. Not sure why,
delays in posting etc.
As most of the noxious people are consistent in posting ids some kill filters
can fix.
