I'm in the process of "cleansing" before putting our house on the market in the
near future. I've been eBaying lots of things over the last couple of years
(thanks to all here who have been good customers!) and have more to sell, but
also lots of "stuff" with little or no market value that could

The MPS (MicroProcessor Series) was an attempt by DEC to introduce an Intel
8008-based system as a cost-effective replacement for minicomputers used in
process control. The system has its own 14-bit blinkenlights front panel for
accessing the 8008.

I returned from the recent VCF-West with one more item off my ever-shorter
"must have" list - I am the new owner of a very nice Calcomp 565 drum plotter.
Even better, I was able to find the perfect shipping container for it at Weird

I have a couple of VT-52 keyboards that need repair and I'm looking for a
_broken_ VT-100 keyboard to serve as a donor for switch bodies. Anybody have a

I've been looking for a 128K MOS memory board for my PDP-8/A for a while. I

the warning about dirt on the heads (the famous hair/head picture). I haven't
been able to find a match for the original (roughly 16.5" square)
I'll be in New Orleans for a few days next week - anything vintage electronics

If you were following Joerg Hoppe's recent PC05 auction on eBay, you might have
noticed that his system had an M705 in the backplane where I would have
expected an M7050. This is the way he received it and the restored unit works
as it should.
Clearly the cards are similar but different but are
