Hi Amit, Changing the pH of Jeffamine is not so easy . I would keep the pH of Jeffamine constant and rather change the pH of buffer. Anyway if Jeffamine concentration is too low as compare to the buffer you are using, it would not change the final pH much. This is what my experience with Jeffamine
