Dear Armando,
Please run this in your command line (when CCP4 paths are loaded)
coot --no-state-script --python --script
/Users/xalbert/Armando/0_1_Current/SOS3_Alejandra/Bsk5486x12/Refine_new/CCP4_JOBS/job_8/script.py
Does a Coot window open? Send us an output which will be in terminal please
OK.
So could we see:
/Users/xalbert/Armando/0_1_Current/SOS3_Alejandra/Bsk5486x12/Refine_new/CCP4_JOBS/job_8/log.txt
?
That should be Coot's log file.

Dear Armando,
Many apologies. Does coot run outside of ccp4i2?
i.e. does the following in a Terminal work OK:
/Applications/ccp4-9/start
coot
?
If it does we'll have to try some other tests. If it does not work, is
XQuartz installed?
Best wishes,
Stuart

Dear Armando,
If a job fails, there should be also shown files diagnostics.xml,
stderr.txt and stdout.txt. Please can you send them to us here?
Cheers,
Martin
