coot --no-state-script --python --script
/Users/xalbert/Armando/0_1_Current/SOS3_Alejandra/Bsk5486x12/Refine_new/CCP4_JOBS/job_8/script.py
Does a Coot window open? Send us an output which will be in terminal please.
