Dear Marco, To build nucleic acid in coot, you just need to click on ‘ Add residue..’ on the vertical toolbar and then click on the residue that requires a neighbour and the residue will appear. Then you just need to refine. In coot 1.1 you center first on the residue that needs the neighbour a
