Dear Marco,

To build nucleic acid in coot, you just need to click on ‘ Add residue..’ on 
the vertical toolbar and then click on the residue that requires a neighbour 
and the residue will appear. Then you just need to refine.

In coot 1.1 you center first on the residue that needs the neighbour and then 
you add the residue.
