have a look at your Xorg.config file in /etc/X11 directory.
Make sure to set the options correct (Option "Stereo" "3")!:

BoardName"Quadro FX 3450"
BusID"1:0:0"
Driver "nvidia"
Identifier "Device[0]"
Option "IgnoreEDID"
Option "S
