trascriptome shotgun assembly or whole genome shotgun contigs. This will search
in organisms for which sequencing data exist, but for which they are not yet

I am looking for a sequence (Know sequence) of a protein among all the
organisms lies under the single phylum (for example LABYRINTHOMORPHA ).
I did blast but it always gives me No significant similarity found..
Can anyone help to find out these sequences?
