In the Wyatt light scatter training class, they told us to set the alignment parameters ONLY with a monodisperse peak, such as the monomer peak from "monomeric BSA", formerly Sigma Chemical A-1900. The BSA alignment parameters are then manually typed as inputs for the scientifically interesting

Hi, if you happen to have Wyatt's light scattering detector + their RI detector rEX, together with analytical HPLC/SEC system what are your experiences on the stability of the aligment? the digital connections dont seem to work for us. ie. apparently synchronizing the signals from different d
