Search synaptic for lib32 package lib32stdc++6 helped me over a
similar problem. You may need others.

on 64 bit systems, you may have to install the 32 bit compatibility
library, which is not installed per default on ubuntu ( I have
forgotten its name, apt-search may help you).

That sounds as though you have problems installing ccp4. Can you specify
them?
- If you use the precompiled version of ccp4, it should run on 64bit
machines
- if you compiled from source, there should be no problems at
