Hi,
Dectris has a plugin, neggia, which they say allows the use of HDF5 format

Hi Manoj,
Like Eleanor has pointed out a very accurate data may get you a solution. If
you have crystals that diffract well and give you data with high I/sigma(I) you
can attempt to find the positions of the S atoms and use that to arrive at a
structure. Using lysozyme as a test case we have sh
Dear Aidong,
As Dr. Förster has rightly pointed out you need to have the latest version of
HKL2000 to work with the HDF5 files from the Eiger detectors and as you must be
aware the HKL2000 license should include use of Eiger detectors. We have
recently used HKL2000 to process data from MASSIF-3
Hi Sanjit,
These two reviews throw some light on the history of protein
crystallization:

I didn't understand what you exactly mean by " properties of protein crystal
in lattice parameters" .
