Dear colleagues,

FAPESP-funded project with Andrea Balan's group at the Department of
Microbiology at University of São Paulo (São Paulo campus in Butantã) to study

While to answering the question on mtz availability or conversion, I do find
the “Fetch PDB and Maps from PDB-REDO…” option in Coot’s “File” menu the
easiest way to get maps for inspection (with some fixes to the structure as
well), even if not quite the same as the authors would have looked at.
Dear colleagues,

Hi Ibrahim,
I have used pretty much the same options for mencoder as you.
mencoder "mf://myfile*.*[0-9].png" -mf fps=18 -o mymovie.mpg -ovc lavc
-lavcopts vcodec=msmpeg4v2:vbitrate=9000
(and yes, 18fps is on the slow side, but in my opinion sufficient)
