[ccp4bb] geometry validation coot 0.9 vs 0.8

Dear all, I see that there are substantial differences in the Z-scores of the geometry validation in coot depending if I use 0.8.9.2 and 0.9.3 for the same PDB file. I do not expect any change in the geometry criteria, so I am a bit puzzled Any suggestion? best regards G.
