Your structure and description remind me very much of our domain-swapped
crystal structure of trp repressor, also an infinite lattice.

Bank archive (PDB) as of 7 March 2012.
The archive merger marks an important milestone in the Worldwide Protein Data

Announcement - Change in EMDB Hold Policy for Maps
Effective January 2011, the option to hold EM map volumes for two years before
release to the public will no longer be available to EM Data Bank depositors.
This policy change implements a recent recommendation of the EMDB Advis
available, please see http://emdatabank.org/mapformat.html.
